Model 24U Unscrambler

Our Model 24-U stainless steel rotary unscrambler handles round bottles and vials of every type, diverting them single file via guide rails to filling, stoppering or other equipment.

Choose from a range of rotary trays with diameters from 18” – 54”.

We also offer plastic bulk bottle unscramblers.

Features

  • Rugged welded steel frame with fully enclosed stainless steel panels. (All stainless steel frame construction is optional)
  • Adjustable loading/unloading platform for varying tray widths and thicknesses. The standard loading platform accommodates a 12" x 12" tray. Table height is adjustable from 33" to 37". (Drop- leaf table optional)
  • Universal guide rails to accommodate a wide range of container sizes. ( Available as an option are low profile guide rails to eliminate overhead rails)
  • The stainless steel disc is laminated to a ground 1/2" aluminum disc with laminated 1/8" stainless steel cover disc, supported by heavy duty 1 3/8" diameter stainless steel shaft. (Optional solid S/S or laminated Teflon disc)
