Versatile High Output Monoblocks in Demand

More and more customers are demanding higher
output machines. Chase-Logeman is widely known for its
120/min. filling/stoppering machines and 60/min.
filling/capping and filling/plugging/capping machines.
Many of our existing customers and new prospects have
come to us seeking systems capable of much higher
speeds.

Our solution may be our best kept secret. Our "2"
series of monoblocks combine two single indexing
machines onto one compact base providing an extremely
versatile machine that is capable of filling and stoppering
at over 240/min. and filling and capping or filling, plugging
and capping at over 120/min.

A major benefit of this design is versatility. Each side of
the machine may be set up for the same container and
closure or totally different products on each side.

The customer gets optimum speed when running the
same set-up on both sides or each side can be set up to
run different components for unique versatility. For added
versatility, while one side is running, the other side can be
down for clean-up or change over.
