The CR-60 was designed with short production runs and multiple change-overs in mind. A typical change-over takes about 15 minutes, and with our optional ChaseLock® Tool-Less bottle change part system, this time is reduced even further, (under 5 minutes!) Other options include IQ/OQ documentation and our "Variable Application Torque" cap tightening system which allows for a range of release torque values for the screw caps. The CR-60 series is ideally suited for applications in the pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, food, and cosmetic industries.
