The Model FS-12H is the pharmaceutical and cosmetic

effective, aseptic filling and stoppering. The Model FS-12H is equally well suited to filling glass and plastic containersin avariety of sizes and shapes, and inserting rubber stoppers,plastic plugs, and snap caps, all with a 5-minute changeover with the ChaseLock® option.

The Model FS-12H's low silhouette monoblock design
keeps the area above open vials free from any mechanical or structural objects prior to stopper insertion. Consequently, the vertical flow of laminar air is not obstructed. Sterility is further enhanced by all stainless steel product contact parts, and there is virtually no
generation of particulate matter.

The Model FS-12H's advanced microprocessor ensures
precise, labor efficient error-free control of all transporting
filling, inserting and validating operations. This includes
either the full insertion of rubber stoppers, or partial seating
for freeze drying operations. The Model FS-12H utilizes these
and other features, including Chase-Logeman's famous
ergonomic structural design, to give you the precision,
reliability, efficiency and versatility you need to optimize your
aseptic liquid filling and stoppering operations.
