FILLING & STOPPERING
Model FS-12

Designed to accommodate pharmaceutical applications
where space is limited, the Model FS-12 measures 41" x 38".
The machine combines two functions: positive displacement
liquid filling is followed by precision stopper placement.
Equally suited to glass and plastic containers in a variety of
sizes and can insert rubber stoppers, plastic plugs and snap
caps with speeds to 120 vials per minute.

The machine features a sanitary conveyor and a choice of
filling systems. Also available is ChaseLock® quick-change
tooling system for vibratory stopper feeders, servo adjust
pump volume control, non-destructive check weigh with
pump feedback, and complete validation packages.
