AUTOMATIC LIQUID FILLING, PLUGGING AND
SCREW CAPPING

The FPCC series of three function monoblocks are
designed for aseptic assembly of plastic dropper tip
dispensing containers such as ophthalmic, diagnostic, food color and similar containers. An obvious benefit of the FPCC is that it fills, inserts the dropper, tip, and applies the screw cap in successive operations, while the normally unstable container is under firm control in the starwheel of the machine. The container is completely closed before it is returned to the conveyor. This machine
is also ideal for inserting rubber stoppers into serum vials. Everything you need for smooth, sterile production.

Capable of up to 60 containers per minute, the Chase-Logeman FPCC series is made to handle most container shapes and materials, all with a 5 minute changeover with the ChaseLock® option. You'll have your choice of filling systems from piston and peristaltic to rolling diaphragm or gravity.  For continuous or intermittent integrated tare/gross check weighing, ChaseWeigh™ is available as an option.
