AUTOMATIC LIQUID FILLING AND SCREW CAPPING

The FCC series of filling and screw capping monoblocks are designed for aseptic filling and capping of plastic and glass containers such as diagnostic, pharmaceutical, food
and similar containers.

An obvious benefit of the FCC is that it fills and applies the screw cap in successive operations, while the normally unstable container is under firm control in the starwheel of the machine. The container is completly closed before it is returned to the conveyor. This machine is also ideal for
inserting rubber stoppers into serum vials. Everything you need for smooth, sterile production.

The FCC series accommodates a variety of situations. Most container shapes and fitments from brush/cap combinations to eye dropper assemblies are handled easily. You'll have your choice of filling systems from piston and peristaltic to rolling diaphragm or gravity. 5-minute changeover with optional ChaseLock® quick change tooling. For continuous or intermittent integrated tare/gross check weighing, ChaseWeigh™ is available as an option.
