Overview

The ATL Series of Automatic Tray Loading is designed to deliver years of simple and dependable operation. Each design is great for cGMP Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, and Healthcare sterile and non-sterile applications. We offer a full line of compact Automatic models to choose from.

Choose from servo drive models for pushing into 3-sided trays, or robotic pick-and-place models for 4-sided trays. Handles round or square, glass or plastic, containers at speeds up to 400+ cpm.

The ATU Series of Automatic Tray Unloaders is another Chase-Logeman dependable tray handling machine. The unit automatically unloads 3-sided trays and feeds containers or downstream conveyors or other equipment.

All models are controlled by a dependable Allen-Bradley PLC, and accommodate most plastic, metal, or rigid cardboard trays.

Most of our Tray Loader designs can be incorporated into our Filling Machines for an attractive compact Monoblock space saving and cost saving “single-frame” machine.

Model ATL-500 Automatic Tray Loading (200 cpm)
The Model ATL-500 is a proven performance single operator machine. Loads single 3-sided trays automatically. Dependable Allen-Bradley PLC with PanelView for easy menu selection for product-to-product loading. Servo drive for smooth operation.

Model ATL-500S Automatic “Dual” Tray Loading (400 cpm)
The Model ATL-500S is a proven Chase-Logeman continuous tray loading workhorse. Easily loads a wide variety of plastic and glass bottles & vials into 3-sided trays. Ideal for cGMP applications where dependability and repeatability is required, and expected. Servo drive for smooth operation. Standard features include an Allen Bradley PLC with easy to use PanelView for a variety of menu selections.

Model RTL-60 Automatic Robotic Tray Loading
The Robotic Automatic Tray Loader is designed to load 4-sided tray and “grid-pattern” style trays. This “Pick-and-Place” unit utilizes multi-axis robotic technology, and is suitable for a wide variety of tray sizes and applications.

Model ATU-200 Automatic Tray Unloading
The Model ATU-200 automatic tray unloader is designed to unload plastic or glass containers from your 3-sided tray at up to 300 cpm. A cost effective way to unload containers to downstream processes, with a single operator.
