Model ATL-500

AUTOMATIC TRAY LOADER

The Model ATL-500 has a single tray platform that permits
loading at speeds up to 200 containers per minute. The
loading process stops automatically when the tray is full, and
the machine signals the operator to replace the fully loaded
tray with an empty one. Following replacement of the tray, the
loading process resumes when the operator presses the
RESET button.

The Model ATL-500S Automatic Dual Tray Loader and the
Model ATL-500 Automatic Single Tray Loader are the most
advanced equipment for cost-effective, aseptic tray loading of
bottles and vials at high or medium speeds.
