UNSCRAMBLERS, ACCUMULATORS AND SURGE TABLES

Designed and engineered for heavy duty, long life and
precision performance, Model 24 Rotary Turntables are the
finest unscrambling/accumulating tables made.  Offering
complete production capability, these versatile tables are
adaptable to sorting, conveying, collecting and for
automating existing machinery and conveyor lines.

Features:

• Rugged welded steel frame with fully enclosed stainless steel panels. (All stainless steel frame construction is optional)
• Adjustable loading/unloading platform for varying
  tray widths and thicknesses.  The standard
  loading platform accommodates a 12" x 12" tray. 
  Table height is adjustable from 33" to 37".  (Drop-
  leaf table optional)
• Universal guide rails to accommodate a wide
  range of container sizes. ( Available as an option
  are low profile guide rails to eliminate overhead
  rails)
• The stainless steel disc is laminated to a ground
  1/2" aluminum disc with laminated 1/8" stainless
  steel cover disc, supported by heavy duty 1 3/8"
  diameter stainless steel shaft. (Optional solid
  S/S or laminated Teflon disc)
