Vial Transferring

Chase-Logeman has designed several "non-return"
pass through systems for moving vials, ampules, and
other containers from sterile (class 100) filling rooms to
non-sterile areas. These systems are designed so that
they can be disassembled and removed from the non-
sterile area for cleaning and change-over, sterilized,
reassembled, and installed from the sterile room side.

The systems are custom designed for each installation
since no two applications are alike. Each system uses a
timing or feed screw to move vials across a dead plate to
a conveyor, capper or accumulator in the non-sterile area.
