A precision stainless steel rotary unscrambler
turntable complete with variable speed DC drive. Suitable
stainless steel guide rails, and loading platform are
provided so that round vials or bottles can be manually
transferred onto the rotary table from an open ended tray
or vial washer. The vials are then automatically diverted
single file to filling, stoppering, capping or other
equipment. The rotary turntables can also be adapted for
use with existing equipment for sorting, collecting,
conveying and otherwise automating existing process
lines.

Each unit has adjustable stainless steel guide rails for a
variety of container diameters and is mounted on a
rugged welded steel frame with stainless steel enclosure
and top plate. The stainless steel loading platform is
complete with adjustable tray stops to accommodate an
open ended tray up to 12" wide x 24" long as standard.
The tray platform is also adjustable to accommodate
different tray thicknesses. Other sizes are available.
