Divided Tray Loading

A Model ATL-500S Automatic "Shuttle-Table" Tray
Loader was adapted to load divided plastic trays with
filled, stoppered and capped serum vials at
180/containers per minute. The open ended trays were
divided into rows requiring a specially designed device
that separated the vials to the required pitch as they were
moved forward into the tray.
