FILLING
Flow Meter

Chase-Logeman has developed ChaseFlow™ a Unique
Fill Verification System utilizing a sanitary stainless steel
magnetic flow meter which detects the actual flow of liquid.
The fill volume and accuracy ( +0.5%) will be determined
by the pump, but the flow sensor will verify the actual fill
volume with a 5% accuracy. The meter is a single
stainless teflon tube that has no moving parts and can
easily be cleaned.

The meter generates a series of pulses which translates
to fluid volume dispensed thus ensuring:

• The dispensing pump completed its task
• The dispensing pump metered the proper amount of fluid
• There is no air in the system
