ACCUMULATING
Accumulating

A precision stainless steel rotary accumulator turntable
complete with variable speed DC drive. Placed at the
discharge end of an automatic line, the rotary turntable is
used to accumulate vials or containers. Suitable stainless
steel guide rails, and loading platform are provided so that
vials or containers can be manually transferred into an
open sided tray on the platform. The rotary turntables can
also be adapted for use with existing equipment for
sorting, collecting, conveying, and otherwise automating
existing process lines.

Each unit is mounted on a rugged welded steel frame with
stainless steel enclosure and top plate. The stainless
steel loading platform is complete with adjustable tray
stops to accommodate an open ended tray up to 12" wide
x 24" long as standard. The tray platform is also adjustable
to accommodate different tray thicknesses. Other sizes are
available.

An Optional "Drop-Leaf" pack-off table is available on all
models. This adaptation was designed for customers that
occasionally have a need to manually unload vials or
bottles into cartons or trays. Up to three drop leaf tables
can be installed on each machine. The advantage of the
drop leaf design allows the turntable to be wheeled from
one filling line or room to another through doorways and
narrow aisles, with the drop leafs collapsed. The
accumulator also takes up less storage space when not
in use.
